Wren, overachiever that they were, had made a point to at least be able to recognize by sight everyone who was displaced as soon as they realized it was more than just them. They were very accustomed to keeping secrets, to compartmentalizing aspects of their life, so yeah. Maybe it was across a parking lot or lobby of the roller rink or whatever, but Wren has seen V at least once before to be able to guess 'oh, you're an outsider too'.
