Maybe. Possibly. But leaving the actual physical exercise to Sheppard helps him free his mind and let it wander and before long, he pipes up again.
"I think it's safe to say that this isn't Pegasus. Even if there was a planet that someone managed to evolve to this technological state? It's too similar. I'm pretty sure this is Earth. Some Earth. Some strange, alternate, messed up, cursed Earth."
